Power Automate

I Use a small amount of Power Automate to, well automate things.

Work #

• Laptop & Room Booking: Takes a MS Form Submission and then creates an event in a list that’s used to designate laptop trolley and IT Room booking.
• Cover Requests: When a Staff member creates a cover request on a SharePoint list, this then sends the Relevant staff member an mail of the request.
• Users in Leavers: Using a PowerShell version of this it emails a copy of the generated CSV To the relevant staff member when the file is uploaded to a SharePoint Folder.

Scouts #

• Booking form (Late Testing): When a user fills out an MS Form, this creates a PDF Containing relevant information and emails it to the relevant person With a copy to the user. With Future plans that this will also create Calendar events.
